Wow. You're really raising the bar before the first jump here.
Not sure if fecund is the right word - feculent, certainly; feckless, perhaps.
As for power in all its forms: I've just switched to Scottish Power from London Electricity so that I can pay all my bills in one easy outgoing.
This is a great idea though. Spinoff shall rise like a phoenix from the flames: albeit a genetically-modified phoenix with only one good wing. Hurrah!
